The purpose of this work-based qualification is to enable candidates to evidence the skills, knowledge and competence that employers would expect of someone operating in a senior role with Customer Service as a primary focus in a range of industries and contexts.
It is suitable for candidates to demonstrate skills, knowledge & understanding and the units encompass a broad range of competencies from the customer service sector allowing you to contextualise the qualification to your own role including managing teams & projects, obtaining & analysing sales-related information and developing a social media strategy.
Requires 50 credits for full certification – to be agreed.
